Ms. Juliet O. Nyang’ai an advocate of High Court of Kenya manages the Law Firm of Messrs Juliet Nyangai & Co. Advocates. JNC Advocates provides sound and comprehensive analysis of legal and regulatory proceedings; strategic decisions and public policy debates to corporations, government and individual clients. She is also the Managing Director of Jobaga Consultants – a consulting firm specialized in enhancing governance and sustainable development capacity. As a consultant with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Ms. Juliet was able to contribute to key policy dialogues that had an impact on diverse state and county stakeholders. Ms. Juliet’s research disciplines include Constitutionalism; Rule of law, Human Rights and how these interact with the dispensation of justice. Currently, she is working on a comparative analysis of commonwealth and francophone jurisdictions and how these intersect with national security issues.
